Do I need to book ahead?

A

Yes. Please book online where you’ll be able to check availability. If you arrive on site without a booking, we cannot guarantee that you will be able to join in a session.

Are there any weight or height restrictions?

A

For general admission our weight restriction is 125kgs. There is no height limit/restriction for general admission.

Must I sign a waiver?

A

Yes. Everyone who jumps is required to sign a waiver. Those under 18 must have their parent or guardian sign their waiver. Permission by phone or email is not sufficient.

Do you have lockers?

A

Jump In has a number of lockers available for valuables, phones etc. These are offered on a first-come, first served basis. Your property is left in these lockers entirely at your own risk.

Can I bring my own food?

A

Due to our health and safety policy no self-catering is allowed. Snack and drink machines are on site and our Café will also stock a range of food and drink options.

Do you offer group rates?

A

Yes, we offer various group packages and prices. Please check your park’s group offering.

Is Jump In safe?

A

As with any extreme sports/leisure activity there is an element of risk involved. We attempt to minimise the risks by using the best equipment and training our staff to a high level. For more information see Safety.

Do you have parking?

A

Yes, there is free parking. Parking can be limited at peak times, therefore always aim to arrive early and use public transport where possible.

Jump In accepts no liability for cars within our car park.

Can my children come and bounce without a parent or guardian?

A
  • All guests under the age of 12 must be supervised by a parent or guardian on site.
  • Anyone 12 or over may come to bounce without a parent or guardian present.
  • Any child under 5 years must also be supervised throughout the activity.
  • Jumpers under the age of 18 must have their waiver signed by a parent or legal guardian.
  • Supervising adults who are not partaking are NOT charged.

Do I have to complete a waiver every time I come to bounce?

A

No. Once a waiver has been completed, it lasts for 12 months.

Do you have wheelchair access?

A

There is wheelchair access to the building, park attractions and our cafe, located on the ground floor. Bouncing will depend on individual ability. For more information, feel free to get in touch via phone or email.

I don’t want to bounce, is there somewhere I can wait for my children?

A

No worries, if you plan on coming down but don’t want to take part, we have a café with viewing area. Only people using the trampolines will be charged the admission price.

What time is the first session of the day?

A

Please check your park’s timetable. The park opens 30 minutes before the first session to allow ample time for check-in and safety briefing. We highly recommend booking in advance to guarantee a jump.

What time is the last session of the day?

A

Please check your park’s timetable. The last session will begin the hour before our listed closing time.

Lost Property

A

All our sites operate a lost property system. If you loose anything on site please ask for the duty manager, if at home please email us at hello@gojumpin.com with the site visited and all other information. Please do not bring anything valuable to Jump In. We cannot accept liability for any personal items. We do operate CCTV.

Carer Policy

A

A carer is defined as a person who provides care for another person for practical or emotional support . A carer would need to be within the proximity of the person they are caring for and/or supporting at ALL times throughout their session , they must adhere to the rules and agree this with a thumbs up and a signed waiver . Proof of care can be requested upon booking.

What should I wear when jumping?

A

No special clothing is required, but we recommend wearing comfortable and breathable clothes.

Grip socks must be worn for your safety and hygiene.

No belt buckles, clothing studs, loose jewellery, key chains, or sharp objects are permitted on the trampolines.

You must also ensure that your pockets are empty so that you don’t lose anything while jumping or risk injuring yourself or others with pocket items. Any items taken into the foam pit are at risk of being lost indefinitely.

Is there an age restriction?

  • Jump & Play is suitable for crawling babies to Under 5 years.
  • Our frame in Edinburgh is suitable for Under 6s.
  • Our frame in Ipswich is suitable for Under 12s.

Who supervises the children?

A

Parents / Guardians must supervise their children at all times. Please ensure no older siblings use this facility and pay specific attention to ensure our baby areas remain safe.

In line with EHO and our public liability insurance, adults are not permitted to leave the centre whilst their children are playing. One adult per family group who is 18 years or over must be present in the centre at all times.

What clothing should the children wear?

A

Comfortable clothing, ideally long sleeved tops and trousers or leggings should be worn. Socks must be worn at all times in this area. Please remove all jewellery and items from pockets to.

Are supervising adults allowed in Soft Play?

A

Supervising adults are allowed to  enjoy this area. Except for the trampolines which are exclusively for the toddlers to enjoy

Do adults need to buy a ticket?

A

Adults do not need to purchase a soft play ticket for themselves, supervision is free in this area.

During Toddler Takeover you will purchase 2 tickets, 1 for the toddler and 1 for the adult. This is your chance to both use the trampoline arena, opposed to just the soft play frame.
