Terms and conditions for visiting Jump In by Jump In
General

Below are the Terms & Conditions of the Jump In by AirHop.

Jump In Trampoline Parks Terms and Conditions apply to all bookings made with Jump In. All members of the group should be made aware of, and accept, these Terms and Conditions.

Jump In reserve the right to make changes and amendments to these Terms and Conditions at any point.

Customers with bookings that need to be altered due to Covid-19 will be able to move their party to a later date.

  • Groups are requested to arrive in good time for their jump. Groups arriving late may not receive their entire time within the arena.
  • Any persons using the trampoline facilities must complete a waiver prior to their participation. Where someone is under the age of 18, this waiver must be completed by a Parent/Guardian.
  • Activities involving trampolines are not without risk and misuse may result in serious injury or even death. All participants must watch our safety video and review all rules prior to their participation and on every subsequent visit. Our rules and safety video can be found on our website as well as on our premises.
  • Participants should only jump within their own abilities.
  • Pregnant women may not jump due to the risks it can pose to the unborn baby.
  • Anyone using the facilities agrees to follow all safety rules and follow the directions given by the Jump Crew. Failure to do so may result in an individual/group being asked to
  • Grip socks must be worn by all participants at all times while on the trampolines. Jump In grip socks are recommended to ensure the grip is sufficient and safe.  Grip socks can be purchased seperately at reception.
  • Children under 5 should jump in the designated area and must be supervised by a parent/guardian at all times.
  • For our toddlers aged 6 months to 6 years we offer Toddler Time Trampoline sessions.  These include access to the soft play area.  During term-time weekdays we offer a session from 10am-12pm.  Toddlers should be always supervised by a responsible adult during these sessions.
  • Our trampolines are subject to a maximum weight of 20 stone / 127 kg / 280 lbs. Participants over this weight will not be allowed to use the trampoline facilities.
  • We ask that all participants wear appropriate clothing during their visit and we reserve the right to refuse entry to individuals who are dressed inappropriately.
  • Participants are requested to remove all jewellery, belts and watches before bouncing. Pockets must be emptied as loose objects can pose a hazard should they fall out during their trampoline session.
  • Mobile phones are not to be used by anyone who is using the trampolines.  We do not accept any liability for lost or damaged phones and other personal items.  Spectators are welcome to take photos/videos.
  • Anyone found causing wilful damage to the facilities, fixtures and fittings within the park will be asked to leave and may be asked to pay to have the damage corrected.
  • Jump In accept no responsibility for loss or damage to personal property while visiting the site. Vehicles parked within our car park are parked at the owners risk and Jump In take no responsibility for loss or damage, however caused.
  • Jump In reserve the right to refuse admission to individuals and groups if we believe that allowing admission will cause damage, harm or distress to people already within the site or the sites facilities. The Duty Managers decision is final in these cases.
  • Jump In reserves the right to change or cancel activities at any point and with no notice.

Booking Confirmation

  • A booking will only be classed as confirmed once a confirmation email has been sent from Jump In.
  • You must let us know, as soon as possible, if there are any mistakes in your booking confirmation.
  • Latecomers may not be permitted to jump and no refunds will be offered in these circumstances.
  • Refunds and Cancellations: Individual bookings are non refundable and non transferable.
  • Where an individual decides not to participate, is not allowed to participate, or is asked to cease participation, no refunds will be made.
  • Customers with bookings that need to be altered due to Covid-19 will be able to move their party to a later date.

Party Terms and Conditions

Party bookings may be cancelled, at no charge, up to 72 hours after the booking (Cooling Off Period). Bookings cancelled after this Cooling Off Period will not be entitled to a refund and will be offered a reschedule. If a rescheduled date is agreed, the Cooling Off Period will be applied from the original booking date. If a reschedule cannot be agreed then the customer will incur a 100% charge upon cancellation.

  • Party bookings can be moved to future dates in extenuating circumstances. Any party package moved to a future date forfeits the right for any refund.
  • From Time to Time Due to Covid 19 Government Legislation Maximum Guest Numbers May be Implemented. These will be detailed when booking the product. These guidelines MUST be followed.
  • Party bookings are subject to a minimum booking of 10 people. Parties of fewer than 10 people will be charged at the minimum rate based on 10 people. For Soft Play Parties all guests must be under 5 years of age.
  • Additional guests & food/extras can be added to your party providing we receive more than 5 days’ notice and providing that we have the space required to accommodate the additional guests.
  • No refunds will be given for guests who do not attend the party or group session.
  • Birthday Parties at Jump In must be paid in full at the time of booking.
  • The Party. Group Booking Specifics
  • Groups are requested to arrive in good time for their party. Groups arriving late may not receive their entire time within the arena.
  • Any persons using the trampoline facilities must complete a waiver prior to their participation. Where someone is under the age of 18, this waiver must be completed by a Parent/Guardian. A signed waiver is needed for each child/ adult attending the party to participate in the activities. A waiver is not required for parents who intend to watch. All waivers MUST be complete on-line before children/ adults will be permitted into the arena. Party parent organisers please ensure this is complete prior to your party date. If any party parent organiser assuming responsibility for the party is at all unsure of the process it is the party organisers responsibility to contact Jump In at least 7 days prior to the party date to clarify.
  • All jumpers must wear Jump In, AirHop or Gravity Force grip socks at all times in the park. These are issued as party of the party package.
  • Any adults or siblings wishing to jump or climb MUST book separately on-line. Please check our website for availability and book in advance to secure your slot.
  • Children under 5 should must be supervised by a parent/guardian at all timess.

Booking Confirmation

  • A booking will only be classed as confirmed once a confirmation email has been sent from Jump In.
  • It is the party organisers’ responsibility to let Jump In know, as soon as possible, if there are any mistakes in your booking confirmation.
  • Latecomers will not be able to jump for any longer than the booked session and no refunds will be offered in these circumstances.
  • It is the party organiser’s responsibility to let Jump In know at the time of booking, if there are any food allergies or religious food requirements once reviewing the party menu. PLEASE NOTE Jump In cannot cater for all allergies. If Jump In cannot meet requirements, party parent organisers will have to make alternative arrangements and bring in their own food specifically for that guest. No discounts or refunds will be offered in these circumstances.
  • For vegetarians a margarita pizza option is available and included in your package.
  • Please note either pizza or hotdogs maybe chosen Jump In/ Gravity Force cannot mix and match both food options. We do not offer any other food optiomp In n should guests not like pizza or hotdogs. Jump In offers set party packages.
  • No external food other than a Birthday Cake is permitted to be brought to a Birthday Party. Our Tuck In café sells a range of party food additions from which you are able to add to the booking. This includes adult catering.
  • Jump In by AirHop In reserves the right to change or cancel activities at any point and with no notice. We will endeavour to inform the party organiser prior to the event where possible.
